Everything that glitter isn’t gold 9/18/18 I went in store to purchase a vehicle. Environment- nice but hot (not comfortable). Some employees unprofessional. My sales guy started off co 9/18/18 I went in store to purchase a vehicle. Environment- nice but hot (not comfortable). Some employees unprofessional. My sales guy started off cool! My session was interrupted numerous times (him assisting other customers) He did apologize, but still not a good look. Vehicle he showed me (white Durango) back seat dirty/filthy. Another vehicle he showed me (wasn’t my choice) (white Buick Enclave 2008) the passenger door won’t open! From inside or outside. On website it gives you option to “make offer” on vehicles; well that’s a lie! That’s main reason I came in was to make a offer. They don’t accept offers. Price is firm. (Prestige / False Advertisement) - At the end of my visit after being there 5:30p-8:15p & nothing working in my favor , my sales guy started to get a little agitated (face told it all) because I wouldn’t accept the numbers they came up with. I wouldn’t refer anyone to Prestige. Please clean and inspect cars before showing. & prices are not negotiable, remove off website. More

Amazing Customer Service When I stopped in to look at the cars on the lot I spotted the car I was looking for 2016 Dodge Challenger.
