My experience with prestige automall I worked with Johnny and he was great, knowledgable about the car I was buying and did not use any high pressure or sales tactics, he allowed me to ta I worked with Johnny and he was great, knowledgable about the car I was buying and did not use any high pressure or sales tactics, he allowed me to take the car to a dealership to make sure everything was fine with the car, when I returned Johnny again was very easy to talk to and helped me purchase the car. Car sales at its worst I chose this dealership because of all the positive reviews. Unfortunately my experience was exactly the opposite. I drove 2 hours to purchase a Audi I chose this dealership because of all the positive reviews. Unfortunately my experience was exactly the opposite. I drove 2 hours to purchase a Audi A8 that was described as being in excellent condition with all and any issues resolved. When I noticed that one of the pictures showed warning lights on the dash indicating issues with the ABS system and traction control, I was assured that this was resolved at significant cost. I spoke to the salesman, general manager(john) and service manager (sean) at great length about the condition of the car. I was told the ABS issue was resolved at an AUDI dealership, called them and found out this was untrue as all that was requested was a reset of the codes. When I confronted the sales manager he referred to issues with the dealership and said that they had taken it to a second audi dealership to complete the service , also turned out to be untrue. Then I was told that they took it to a private mechanic where the work is completed (highly doubtful). When I arrived to pick up the car I found it to be in poor condition, check engine light was on, Sunroof panel completely missing, sunroof motor failing (would not close) and warped brake rotors (shook badly upon braking). These issues were discovered during 3 min of driving. It is my belief that I was lied to and deceived by everyone that I spoke to , whom all had full knowledge of the repair history (lack thereof) and condition of the car. Wasted my time and gas. FYI the car was reposted and the image showing the warning lights on the dash removed. Worst car buying experience I have ever had with a dealership in 30 years . Beware and do your due diligence. More

I made the 10hr drive and there were a few issues with the truck not seen in pics. But these guys made it right fixed the issues. And are going to ship the truck to me. so I'm a satisfied. This is unacceptable and horrible practices for any busines On 5/16/18 I purchased an Audi q7 from prestige auto mall. The second day I took it to be looked at by Audi dealer and was informed of a faulty batter On 5/16/18 I purchased an Audi q7 from prestige auto mall. The second day I took it to be looked at by Audi dealer and was informed of a faulty battery. I called prestige and took my car there and they replaced it with what they said was a new battery. On Nov. 10th 2018 my battery died completely and I tried calling them but no answer or call back. I had to take it to the Audi dealer and they replaced the battery. I go to prestige auto mall on Nov. 14th 2018 to finally got a hold of someone I learned that the battery the replaced it with was refurbished and they said they were going to look into it and get back with me which took 2 weeks. When they did get back with me I was told that because I had surpassed my warranty time they couldn’t do anything for me. This is unacceptable and horrible practices for any business More
