I purchased a 2016 Lincoln MKZ from prestige auto mall on 6 - 22 - 24 . I was told that the car had a 6 month, 6k mile power train warranty . I had the car for 29 days and put less than 800 miles on it and t 6 - 22 - 24 . I was told that the car had a 6 month, 6k mile power train warranty . I called the dealership that day, and they never returned my call, so I went there the following day, which was a Friday. They told me that they would send a tow truck to get the car on Monday. Monday rolled around and no tow truck showed up, and they didn't return my calls. So I went to the dealership again the following Friday, and it was the same thing, they told me that they would send a tow truck on Monday . This crap went on for 4 weeks in a row, tow truck promised , doesn't show up , no returns on my calls . Finally they told me that the warranty only covers internal lubricated parts, and doesn't cover cracked blocks or cylinder heads. I had to have the engine replaced at an independent garage and it cost me almost $ 5,600.00 after taxes. Since the car only ran for 29 days before the engine died the least they could have done was give me some of my money back . The fact that they left a 62 year old man with a heart condition hanging shows just what type of people they are . More

Purchased a Infiniti QX 80 in May of 2023. A few months later 2 of the tires were already dry rotted and my tire guy said these tires were made in the 37th week of 2018. So I contacted the dealership and they gave me a run around and would not help me. I also bought the Silver warranty. At approx. 15,000 miles the vehicle would hesitate and jerk and now at only approx 17,000 miles the drive train needs replaced and the warranty covers the parts but only $100 and hour labor and the garage that is repair the vehicle that mind you I am still paying on wants $140 and hour labor so I am expected to come up with the other $40 an hour in labor fees. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I put a huge down payment down on this vehicle and trusted them and they did me wrong. Grief... My lawyer will be in contact and I already contacted the Better Business Bureau. More

I drove from North Olmsted to Cuyahoga falls to look at a car on Monday the 15th of January. Was dealing with Bryce Vasquez. After the test drive I liked the car, I noticed the front rotors were grooved and car on Monday the 15th of January. Was dealing with Bryce Vasquez. After the test drive I liked the car, I noticed the front rotors were grooved and needed to be replaced. I pointed this out to Bryce, and he said he will talk to the service dept. and get back to me later that day. No contact from Bryce. I called on Tuesday and Wednesday, still no contact. Bryce texted me on Thursday and told me the car was still available, I asked about the front brakes and rotors. his response was "Let me check on that and get back to you." Today is Friday and still no word from Bryce. I guess they are not interested in selling the car. I will go elsewhere to buy a car. If they cannot get back to you with an answer to a simple question. Makes me wonder about their reputation. More
I purchased a Volvo XC60 from this group that was marketed as having heated seats. I noticed a few days after purchasing the car that the drivers side heated seat is not working. It has taken me 3 weeks of calling to get a Sales Manager to speak with me, they have failed to return my calls each time. As of now they are claiming their service record shows the seat was working and because it is sold "as is" they cannot do anything for me. I am sad to say my experience has been frustrating throughout the entire process of purchasing this car. - It took around 4 hours to get the paper work done. - The salesman talked up their extended warranty only for me to see it was an extra $3000+ on top of the sale price of the car after they had drawn up the financing documents. - I asked for the car to be detailed before I left, it appeared only the cup holders were cleaned out. - The air pressure in the tires was not checked, they were all 10-15psi under the recommended pressure when I got home. - I had to top of the engine coolant and washer fluid within a few days of purchasing - I have yet to have them return my call, I've had to call again each time to get someone on the line.
