They think they are Cowboys This is possibly the worst dealership I have ever dealt with and I buy cars every 3 months from dealers around the US and yuou have a few problems her This is possibly the worst dealership I have ever dealt with and I buy cars every 3 months from dealers around the US and yuou have a few problems here and there but this place ...I dealt with 3 different people ....a sales person named Jeff who acted like I should be so thankful to buy a car from him and then a guy name Jason Suminquit who is the biggest pompous type of person I have ever talked to.and he claims he is the sales manager ....I did talk to another Jason who said he was the general manager and he seemed like a decent guy but these people think they are the Crème de la crème of sales people and we should be so thankful to be graced by them. Do me a favor and dont waste your time ...or at least with these 2 people as they are a joke and should sell carpet instead. They told me after I had signed a buyers order for a car that they basically didnt believe I would have the money and needed proof or they wouldnt hold the car ...threaten to sell it to me to some guy they told me about who had terrible credit and needed 7000 down to get the car and then all of a sudden he showed up with the money so they used that to get me to put money down ...I show them a letter of credit and they tell me they are gonna send me paperwork to sign so we can send the check with the paperwork and get this done ...also have been waiting in a shipping cost for 5 days that they promised me and never got ...over this place is a serious joke and I promise you there are better dealerships who want your money and will treat you better . More

The vehicles were nothing like what were shown in pics. And the prices were not as quoted on the phone previously..So I left deciding to go back to Pa to purchase from a local dealer there..On my way back home I noticed Prestige Auto and recognized the name from craigslist, so I thought it wouldnt hurt to stop and just look..To be honest, the vehicles and inventory were so nice, I expected it to be out of my price range. Doubting myself on affording a vehicle there, I almost left..But then I saw exactly what i wanted all inside 1 suv..Thats when i met Mike and decided to at least ask a price..the price was perfect and everything worked out better than expected. Mike was very helpful and able to answer all my questions and concerns..the staff were very professional bt also very easy and comfortable to talk to. Mike seemed more like a cool friend than a sales person which eased all doubt and stress. I am excited on every aspect..I love my vehicle and its exactly what I wanted and at the price I wanted to pay!! Mike is really the best, he made my experience and purchase so much better than expected..I will continue to buy from Prestige..Very nice vehicles inside and out, definately priced to afford and sell, and Great Staff..👍🏼 More
