Discrimination against disabled cash buyer No that while writing this 3 days after the incident just thinking about it has tears coming down my face is unbelievable. My hearts is broken as well No that while writing this 3 days after the incident just thinking about it has tears coming down my face is unbelievable. My hearts is broken as well as my spirit. I’m sorry if I am disabled and I had 13 surgeries on each leg and I still can’t walk but they level of disrespect and discrimination I received from Robby and his team is unbelievable. Not only was I in contact with him weeks before getting every detail of the transaction together letting him know but I had him tell me the cars were all transferred 2 that main lot just to tell me that they were not then he direct me to go to another lot where I transferred into my chair just to almost fall and be laughed at just to find out the 1st car the Nissan was in the back with no heat (while it’s 0 degrees) and it wouldn’t be fixed in a week then the second vehicle didn’t start the porch so I called him he told me to come back to the main lot the Aldo financing didn’t go through not only did they sale it but he came and told me they didn’t wanna sale my type of person a car and he was use to people walking around the lot when they wanted something else I even have him recorded telling me 5 other cars I wanted had not keys and he didn’t know what to tell me please please don’t go here to get a car especially if you have and type of disability. Trust that I’m taking measure to ensure that this type of behavior stops with me. More

They think they are Cowboys This is possibly the worst dealership I have ever dealt with and I buy cars every 3 months from dealers around the US and yuou have a few problems her This is possibly the worst dealership I have ever dealt with and I buy cars every 3 months from dealers around the US and yuou have a few problems here and there but this place ...I dealt with 3 different people ....a sales person named Jeff who acted like I should be so thankful to buy a car from him and then a guy name Jason Suminquit who is the biggest pompous type of person I have ever talked to.and he claims he is the sales manager ....I did talk to another Jason who said he was the general manager and he seemed like a decent guy but these people think they are the Crème de la crème of sales people and we should be so thankful to be graced by them. Do me a favor and dont waste your time ...or at least with these 2 people as they are a joke and should sell carpet instead. They told me after I had signed a buyers order for a car that they basically didnt believe I would have the money and needed proof or they wouldnt hold the car ...threaten to sell it to me to some guy they told me about who had terrible credit and needed 7000 down to get the car and then all of a sudden he showed up with the money so they used that to get me to put money down ...I show them a letter of credit and they tell me they are gonna send me paperwork to sign so we can send the check with the paperwork and get this done ...also have been waiting in a shipping cost for 5 days that they promised me and never got ...over this place is a serious joke and I promise you there are better dealerships who want your money and will treat you better . More
