They sold me a car with the check engine light with the promise of fixing it and now told me I'm stuck with with a $1800 bill after getting the car fixed at a dealership they told me to take my car to. I haven't even seen my car in over 2 months and on top of my almost $500/ month payment I have to pay $1800 to even get the car in my garage. In my opinion that is an extremely dirt bag type of move. I will never even consider giving them my business ever. They screwed me over for a couple hundred dollars. Not the type of people I would suggest doing business with!!!! There is nothing Prestige about this dealer, STAY AWAY from them. they are liars and disrespectful and Dishonest, They try to drop off a car that had so many issues. Worst experience ever! The vehicle I purchased cost me 8K in repairs in one year lost my rear end to trade. I have been trying for over a week to reach Bryan to recover my canceled GAP Insurance Refund, 8K in repairs in one year lost my rear end to trade. I have been trying for over a week to reach Bryan to recover my canceled GAP Insurance Refund, but he's either out of the office and does not call back. I just tried calling him again and the guy that answered just said Prestige Auto as if he was annoyed that I called. I informed him that I never heard back from Bryan and asked him what I should do? He paused and said you can call back after 3pm or I can take your name and number. I asked him who I was speaking to, since he never introduced himself when I called. I asked for a manager and there was not a manager there. He said his name was Sam. I am not sure how they can get any business done if there is no manager or finance manager on-site. Since, I already left my name and number over a week ago, I said that I'd just call back later. I will not get my hopes up of reaching Bryan. This is terrible customer service and I'd never recommend Prestige. More
