Very Excited and Pleased..Mike is the Best!! Traveled to Ohio from Pa to test drive a few suvs that I planned on chosing between and purchasing, from a dealer mins away from Prestige.. The vehicles were nothing like what were shown in pics. And the prices were not as quoted on the phone previously..So I left deciding to go back to Pa to purchase from a local dealer there..On my way back home I noticed Prestige Auto and recognized the name from craigslist, so I thought it wouldnt hurt to stop and just look..To be honest, the vehicles and inventory were so nice, I expected it to be out of my price range. Doubting myself on affording a vehicle there, I almost left..But then I saw exactly what i wanted all inside 1 suv..Thats when i met Mike and decided to at least ask a price..the price was perfect and everything worked out better than expected. Mike was very helpful and able to answer all my questions and concerns..the staff were very professional bt also very easy and comfortable to talk to. Mike seemed more like a cool friend than a sales person which eased all doubt and stress. I am excited on every aspect..I love my vehicle and its exactly what I wanted and at the price I wanted to pay!! Mike is really the best, he made my experience and purchase so much better than expected..I will continue to buy from Prestige..Very nice vehicles inside and out, definately priced to afford and sell, and Great Staff..👍🏼 More

Not what was promised I purchased an older, less expensive car from this dealer. I knew from the Carfax that it had been in an accident but the salesperson assured me (I ha I purchased an older, less expensive car from this dealer. I knew from the Carfax that it had been in an accident but the salesperson assured me (I have the emails to prove it) that it had been repaired. Not only was that untrue, the car had no working hood latch, no working horn and had not even been cleaned when I picked it up. Since the car was purchased in line I had no legal recourse. The dealer was absolutely unwilling to bend on helping with any kind of a partial refund and treated me poorly. "We had already discounted the car for you" - they had discounted the car from clean retail- which did not take into account the fact that it had been in an accident and NEVER repaired. All in all, they do not seem to have much integrity and I would be wary. I know they make their money writing high risk paper but really could have been much more upfront about the condition of this car. More
