Not what was promised I purchased an older, less expensive car from this dealer. I knew from the Carfax that it had been in an accident but the salesperson assured me (I ha I purchased an older, less expensive car from this dealer. I knew from the Carfax that it had been in an accident but the salesperson assured me (I have the emails to prove it) that it had been repaired. Not only was that untrue, the car had no working hood latch, no working horn and had not even been cleaned when I picked it up. Since the car was purchased in line I had no legal recourse. The dealer was absolutely unwilling to bend on helping with any kind of a partial refund and treated me poorly. "We had already discounted the car for you" - they had discounted the car from clean retail- which did not take into account the fact that it had been in an accident and NEVER repaired. All in all, they do not seem to have much integrity and I would be wary. I know they make their money writing high risk paper but really could have been much more upfront about the condition of this car. More
