Initially called to purchase a car I saw online, 2014 Audi R8. Due to me being in Michigan and the car in Florida I was very adamant about pictures/videos and asking very specific questions about the veh Audi R8. I asked about scratches, dings, and dents all while being told the car is in mint condition. We finally agreed on a price and I sent it to a local Audi dealership to check mechanicals. Everything seemed to come back fine on their end so we began the process of trying to find shipping. This posed very difficult and took about three weeks to make happen. Of course no fault of the dealership. The major issues started when the car arrived. From the second I drove the car I noticed several scuffs, scratches, and chips in the hood. A major crack in the rear bumper below one of the tail pipes which essentially means the rear bumper need a replacement. The inside brake handle is loose and broken at the top, scuffs in the carbon fiber interior that cannot be buffed out, among other many small flaws. The brakes squeak when driving down the road, the ignition often times doesn't turn over, and when turning left the car feels like it wants to completely let loose. Beyond all of the cosmetic and mechanical issues which I'll just have to deal with, my main problem is I've attempted to contact the dealership (MAX) at least three times and he hasn't reached back out to even address my concerns. At first (right after the car arrived) he said he worked something out (regarding the cracked rear bumper) with the owner of the dealership and then I never heard from him again. I have worked and still work in customer service and this is the largest smack in the face. I spent 90K on this car and for it to not be flawless is enough of a shock, however to have as many problems as I have had and not even get a call back is mind blowing. Stay away if you intend on getting a car from these guys and have it shipped sight unseen. You clearly cannot trust their attention to detail or them even having the honesty to tell you it has issues. Reputation is clearly not as important as the money they saw from my purchase. :( More

I stopped in to Presidential Auto Sales because ANOTHER dealership failed to follow through on correcting damages neglectfully done to my car's interior while being serviced by them. Since it was a leased vehicle, I would have to pay thousands at the end of the lease. This was unacceptable to me, so I wanted to trade out for a different car. I had looked at many SUV's, but was unsure about my choice. Marc listened to my likes/wants/dislikes and suggested a particular vehicle. It was perfect, used, one owner, low mileage and loaded with everything I was seeking. Presidential offered me a very fair price AND took my lease in trade, as-is! There are so many reasons to do business here: the building and all personnel practice safety guidelines (Covid- 19), Marc is knowledgeable and patient - never rushing, the family-owned and operated business makes for a personal and meaningful buying experience suiting the individual's needs and the sales person went above and beyond to assist me in my decision-making. I have called him with questions and requests several times and he is always polite, professional and responsive. My family has always been in the car or RV business and Presidential treats you as if you were their family. I will never go to another dealership, and if they don't have what you want, they will find it for you; you can get everything and more than the name-brand car dealers. More

After years of searching, i finally found my dream Jeep online at Presidential Auto.
