Rip-off! They sold me a Porsche that needed an airbag. I trusted the very nice man, Randy Brooks that sold me the car. Randy told me to take delivery of th They sold me a Porsche that needed an airbag. I trusted the very nice man, Randy Brooks that sold me the car. Randy told me to take delivery of the car and he personally assured me that the airbag would be repaired as soon as the part came in. (He mentioned that it was a $1200 part) Two years later I still have no airbag. Randy passed away and the owner of the dealership just keeps giving me the runaround. My really expensive car has no airbag and is not really safe to drive. I won't pass inspection. Ownership of the dealership keep jerking me around about the repair. For TWO YEARS!!! He finally offer me $350 to go away.... I want my airbag fixed and I will hound these scam artists until they make it right. Randy Brooks would not have allowed this poor treatment of a good customer. More

My mom paid this use American car dealership stupidly $8000. They never fix the car. It was back in the shop every two days the engine you could hear 10 miles away with all the lights going on car breaking down. Went back there three times still broken went from the engine to the transmission. They wanted to charge another 2000 then they threatened to tow the car off the lot and put a lean on it and charge $45 a day. This place the manager there. His name is Ray he’s a guy from New Jersey. She doesn’t care about the Customer Service he just con artist people and take their money because they’re elderly people in delray who fall for it. Unfortunately, my mom was a. Unfortunately my mom was a ignorant enough to do so and now I have a broken car down after $8000 put in the car is broken down and now needs to be told you not to ship well Ray threatens me and won’t give the money back and they only warranty a car for 30 days and after 20 days Ray said he wanted nothing to do with Bunny Grey and thiefed the $8000 from my mom never fix the car. My BMW 2016 never fixed it’s now and he won’t return the money. He’s a piece of crap and be aware don’t ever take your car and better business viewers gonna have a written written report on this New Jersey, scam artist for taking peoples money and giving them junkyard parts and not fixing the car trust me. This is my money I would be taking this guy’s booty to court but this is my mom’s money and she doesn’t want to take it to court. She could lose the $8000. The fish was up to me. I would already filed in court. My mom wants to do it differently even though she knows she got scammed into a bad job and $8000 later I still have a 2016 broken down Bmw after he won’t give the money back in life we do the right thing we have a choice you can go to heaven or xxxx More
