Very Pleased with my experience! Over the weekend I purchased a new kia, I have never been to a dealership where I felt so confident. They offered coloring books, donuts, and fireman hats. Overall our experience was great! Although a few things could have been made a little more clear. Beautiful car with character and smooth sleek lines. What impressed me the most was everyone at the dealership was professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgable, The entire process, start to finish was three "no bull" hours. I have purchased many vehicles over my lifetime, in many different states, and can easily say there are two that I am absolutely impressed with, one is in Oregon, but Earnhardt Liberty KIA in Prescott Valley is the other. Straight forward customer service attitude and a pleasure to be a customer. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. I am happy, my daughter is happy with the car she picked out. This was my daughters first car buying experience, on her own, and the folks at this dealership, sales and finance, took the time to throughly explain everything to her in detail. I called to get information on available inventory and a price quote; I stated it would be a cash sale with no trade in. The salesman indicated he would need to review current inventory and call back. Aft price quote; I stated it would be a cash sale with no trade in. The salesman indicated he would need to review current inventory and call back. After not hearing from him in two hours, I called to check the status of my request. The salesman told me he was busy with other customers but currently had the time to discuss. He quoted a general MSRP of a vehicle that was not in stock and that would be the price minus the current rebate plus taxes and fees. I told him the MSRP for the base model he used was not accurate. He was unable to dispute my claim and showed zero interest in making a sale; his attitude reflects poorly on the entire dealership. I will purchase the vehicle elsewhere. More
