Place is a total scam. Bought a used car from them a couple weeks ago and finally go around to rereading my paperwork. Looks like they put a $700 line item in the invoice for "luxcare". This is some kind of interior/ exterior protection product that they supposedly applied. I asked them more about it and basically they fell back on saying it's my fault for not reading the documents better on signing. They basically insitnuaed they can and will sneak in any extra charges they can unless you call them out on it. While luxcare may be a real product it is hard for me to believe anything like this was done to the vehicle. The car I bought had exterior spots where the past owner spray painted the car. Why would someone put a protective coating over that? The interior had spilled coffee and pet hair all over it. It's really hard to believe that the dealership applied a protective coating to the car when they didn't even clean it. Beyond this, the car was within view the entire time except 15 minutes where they took it in back to install the floor matts. Not sure how long "Luxcare" takes to apply but it's hard to believe it happened in that amount of time. When I went to buy the car I rode there on my bicycle just coming from the scene of a bad breakup. I needed a car in a bad way and PVK totally took advantage of that. Lean from my $700 scam lesson. Horrible experience. Would not recommend. I bought a 2020 Kia Forte brand new from them and the wipers and headlights do not work. Left the car with them for 13 days had my sister pick it up for me because I Kia Forte brand new from them and the wipers and headlights do not work. They told me that the car works fine and that it is a user issue. That it isn’t a prescott valley Kia issue. They do not stand behind the product they sell and now I am dealing with a brand new car that is not working. Randall Richman my salesman told me it isn’t his problem. I would avoid him for sure. Daniel the service manager saw the problem when I dropped off the car but allowed me to get it back with the same issue. More
I absolutely LOVE this dealership. A few months back, I looked into a car and the sales representative brought me a spoking deal on. This deal fell through on my end. I admire how each person took care of each other and the customers. There was cooperation among the sales representatives. They focused on my family's needs rather than making a buck. I worked with Diane Summers, Mike, and John Souter. I would recommend all of these wonderful people to purchase from. More

Went there to meet with the salesman who I had made an appointment with to buy ANOTHER Soul . He shuffled me off to another salesman (not interested in my business) , she shuffled me off to another salesman (not interested in my business) . Ask the salesman (3rd one) if he wanted to appraise my trade in while I was there . He said no (not interested in my business). Two days later I sent a message to him but he was off . He had sales person #2 text me the next day . I sent and offer for a new car late in the day and her reply was , I'll check with my manager tomorrow (not interested in my business) , well tomorrow at 4 pm I sent a message that said (not interested in my business) she said she had been so busy all day ... (not interested in my business) Then she wants to know if salesperson #3 had my car appraised while I was there ! Sales manager calls me at 6pm with an unacceptable offer and when I told him that won't work , he said have a nice day and hung up . (not interested in my business) > The worst dealership experience I have ever had . My motto is , If you want my business , you xxxx well better act like it . The entire group there acted as if they were doing me a favor . HA ! They need to sell cars , I DON"T NEED TO BUY ONE ! 90 % of new car buyers DON"T NEED to buy a new car . ALL KIA s SINCE 2008 HAVE A 10 YEAR 100000 MILE DRIVE TRAIN WARRANTY TO ORIGINAL OWNER . Robert in their service dept. told me my 2015 did not . Three dealers in Phoenix told me it did and they all do . Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere .
