Service mgr at Honda Prescott was worse ever. Did not return 5 calls and when finally reaching him he quickly and abruptly hung up on me. No customer Service - and poor example to his peers. Honda Alert! Used a coupon for some general maintenance at Prescott Honda. Appreciated the guys letting me know that my 2-yr-old battery was registering low. Had it rechecked with AAA who sold the battery to us, and sure enough, the reading matched that of Honda’s. Replaced it under warranty. Thank you, Honda!
