I have always had my Ford Serviced by High Desert Auto but he went out of business. He took very good care of my Ford Explorer. I asked Chrys Harris if you service other Makes and she set me up with and appointment. I trust Chrys and she takes care of all my cars now. More
100,000 mile service My Odyssey van is 16 years old and I just passed the 100,000 mile mark! I took it in for the recommended 100K mile service (which I have faithfully do My Odyssey van is 16 years old and I just passed the 100,000 mile mark! I took it in for the recommended 100K mile service (which I have faithfully done over the years for each mileage milestone) and the cost of the service that was quoted to me was quite high. But when it was explained all that would be done to the car, like a new timing belt and water pump and new spark plugs and many other items replaced I knew that I would be getting many more years of service out of my van. In addition to that service and oil change they found other items that needed attention, like a broken engine mount, which after checking with me they replaced and also rear shocks and power steering fluid leaks as well as brake fluid leaks and several other items that will need addressing soon. Luckily, I have six months left on an extended warranty that will cover most of those items. Anyway the service was very thorough (and friendly) and I will continue to return to Prescott Honda, even though I live an hour away, for as long as I own my van, which I can foresee with the good service I get from Prescott Honda will be many more years. More
