I have never felt any "pressure" to buy services that were not needed, in fact, I think they are just the opposite, telling you you still have plenty of time, say, for the next oil change or a tire rotation. This is huge when it comes to service so you don't feel you are having to buy unnecessary services. They plugged a tire that had a nail in it rather than sell me a new tire. Plus, I do like the car wash! I would recommend this dealer for any service and certainly intend to keep going there. More
