Battery replacement My battery started showing signs of failure on Memorial Day. Because of the holiday I was not able to buy a new battery and have it installed. Hopin My battery started showing signs of failure on Memorial Day. Because of the holiday I was not able to buy a new battery and have it installed. Hoping it had just one more "start" in it, With fingers crossed, I got up early Tuesday morning so that if I could start the car, I could get to Prescott Honda by the time they opened. Luckily, my Pilot started so I was able to get to the dealership. Dave Hartman took very good care of me and even though I didn't have an appointment, he managed to get my battery installed in a very timely manner. I very pleased to have gotten this done so quickly. More
