Exceptional service The service was prompt and courteous. I thought about going elsewhere because USUALLY, the dealer prices are higher.. But, with the Costco discount, I The service was prompt and courteous. I thought about going elsewhere because USUALLY, the dealer prices are higher.. But, with the Costco discount, I got a better battery with more warranty years for a cheaper price than anywhere else around the Tri-city area. Very pleased! More

Problem: Everything perfect, so I can't complain!!!!!! Paul Yost is the best front person! This was my 1st visit to Prescott Honda. Yet, I really felt like I was the most important person ever!
