Service mgr at Honda Prescott was worse ever. Did not return 5 calls and when finally reaching him he quickly and abruptly hung up on me. No customer Service - and poor example to his peers. Paul walked out to meet me as I drove up for service. He was friendly, welcoming and explained the numbers that popped up when my car said I needed maintenance.
