My husband and I were driving to Prescott, AZ for 4th of July weekend and our air conditioning in our 2011 Acura MDX went out intermittently. We arrived at Prescott Honda at 2pm and by 4pm it was fixed! Tur July weekend and our air conditioning in our 2011 Acura MDX went out intermittently. We arrived at Prescott Honda at 2pm and by 4pm it was fixed! Turns out our car holds 22oz of Freon and we only had 12oz of Freon left in our car. They not only fixed our issue, they checked our car and let us know that we needed a brake fluid change and a transmission fluid flush. We didn’t have time to do the other services but we appreciated how thorough they were with our car. They even did a free car wash! The price for the repair was very reasonable and we would 100% come back here to do any repairs on our Acura. We absolutely loved our service advisor Dave! He was so knowledgeable and so nice to us! Seriously, this dealership is blessed to have him working there! More
