2 recalls on my 2018 Odyssey I stopped by the dealership on Monday to tell Dave a recall was on my cell phone. Dave ordered the parts and scheduled me for Wednesday @ 11:00. He sa I stopped by the dealership on Monday to tell Dave a recall was on my cell phone. Dave ordered the parts and scheduled me for Wednesday @ 11:00. He said the car would be ready around 2:30 and he would call. I went to pickup the car after he called at 2:30 and Dave spent the time to explain exactly what was done to solve the 2 recall issues. Dave also noticed my oil was ready to change so we added this on to this visit. Dave is fantastic at customer service and knowledge to answer all questions I throw at him.
