After he got approval from Honda the task was assigned to one of the top mechanics at the dealership. I had my truck back an hour before the promised time and everything is running perfectly. Any trip to the auto repair shop is an inconvenience, but it is also part of vehicle ownership. The team at Prescott Honda made the experience pleasant and efficient, and they didn't waste any time getting the job done, washing my truck and getting me back on the road.
