Excellent Customer Service Very nice and friendly service department. Not at all what I am used to with service departments. The cashier was very nice and friendly (usually the cashiers at dealerships are not so much!). It was a very unusual experience to see such a helpful and friendly staff at Prescott Honda. I have been to many dealerships and this was a first! Nice job of customer service by the entire staff. The manager is doing something right! More
