Service Noble provided a thorough explanation what the service covered when I brought in the Civic. He also asked if I had any problems which I did with the Noble provided a thorough explanation what the service covered when I brought in the Civic. He also asked if I had any problems which I did with the A/C. He said that he would call me about it and if there were other issues. Later, he contacted me to explain that the A/C wasn't producing enough cool air and covered what had to be done and also when the car would be ready. Everything was completed when I stopped by and Noble reviewed the results of the service. A very efficient and pleasant experience! More

Exellent customer service I have a busy schedule and was not able to bring car in during the day. I dropped it off in the evening and the next morning my advisor called , let I have a busy schedule and was not able to bring car in during the day. I dropped it off in the evening and the next morning my advisor called , let me know they got car and keys and that the car looked good and just needed the normal service. She called shortly after and said it was done. They were able to take payment over the phone and locked the keys in car , under a big light, so that I was able to pick it up in the evening. More
