First Visit The service light came on the afternoon before a 3 day road trip for oil change and tire rotation. With no appointment, drove over to Prescott Honda and Anthony took me right in and also took care of a brand new recall with the fuel pump. Completed in less than an hour and a half, including a car wash. Anthony answered all my questions, made sure everything was right, and sent me on my way. We met with Dave Hartman and he said that they could squeeze us in but it would take about an hour to an hour and a half so we were very pleased. It was done in less than 2 hours. Dave said that there was a software update and that took care of it, at no charge to us because it was under warranty. They washed our vehicle also. Dave was so accommodating and super friendly. This dealership is wonderful. More
