Pleasant Experience effecient, courteous service. service expected to take longer than I had planned so had shuttle driver Sid ferry me home for a couple hrs. Then he picked me up when vehicle ready and whisked me back to Honda where I found out what service had been done and what would be necessary later in the year, paid and was out the door. Amazing Service Even though the service took much longer then expected Prescott Honda was very accommodating. We had a doctor appointment not too far from the dealer Even though the service took much longer then expected Prescott Honda was very accommodating. We had a doctor appointment not too far from the dealership and they had a driver take us there and then afterwards picked us up and dropped us off at a shopping center so we could get some lunch. After lunch they had a driver pick us up and bring us back to the dealership. It was still several more hours before our vehicle was finished but the waiting area is very pleasant. They have coffee, tea, hot chocolate, water and fiber bars. David Harman was our service provider and he is very pleasant and thorough. We couldn't be more happy with his service and that of Prescott Honda. Thank you. More
