Once I went inside to engage them for an appointment after waiting by car a few minutes the process was great. Last dealership I went to soon as I drove up a rep would receive me. I moved to Prescott from WA state in 2001 and every vehicle I have purchased came from this dealership. This was a routine service visit and I was totally satisfied with the work, the timing and the at vehicle I have purchased came from this dealership. This was a routine service visit and I was totally satisfied with the work, the timing and the attitude of all the staff I interacted with. Carter Reed, service mgr shared that he had moved to Prescott from Nashville only months prior. I responded he must have assassinated the prior mgr to be in that position, or come with excellent credential. He's very knowledgeable, great with his staff and other employees and has a great sense of humor. Definitely a keeper! More
