A place that attempts to con people in both the shop and sales floor. I spoke with the general manager who attempted to lie and mislead me about the repair shop and the sales floor practices. Went to Prescott Honda for oil and brake fluid change. Tony V, my Service Advisor, told me I still needed the fuel pump recall work done and that he could have that performed while I waited, in spite of t Tony V, my Service Advisor, told me I still needed the fuel pump recall work done and that he could have that performed while I waited, in spite of the fact that my gas tank was about 3/4 full. All work was done very quickly and perfectly. There is NO fuel smell and the car started and ran perfectly for my 80 mile trip home. More
