The sales representative (Sean) and manager (Mike) were good people. MIke ran the details on actually acquiring my loan after Sean did a lot of hard work gathering and sending out paperwork to get the loan requ people. While I was there at the dealership I NEVER felt like I was being pressured, challenged.... anything like the old days of the greasy, shady used car dealer. They were very professional, knew their jobs and made it a comfortable experience.
