2 recalls on my 2018 Odyssey I stopped by the dealership on Monday to tell Dave a recall was on my cell phone. Dave ordered the parts and scheduled me for Wednesday @ 11:00. He said the car would be ready around 2:30 and he would call. I went to pickup the car after he called at 2:30 and Dave spent the time to explain exactly what was done to solve the 2 recall issues. Dave also noticed my oil was ready to change so we added this on to this visit. Dave is fantastic at customer service and knowledge to answer all questions I throw at him. After reading the online reviews, we decided to give them a try. We were happy to have Ruth as our salesperson because her reviews were excellent and I have to say, we totally agree! She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We did not feel any pressure from her or the dealership at all. They worked with us on the trade in to get us closer to what we wanted to put down. Kelly, in finance, was even able to find us a better interest rate than our pre-approval rate. She also knew her stuff and we were there a total of maybe 4-5 hours start to finish. We would definitely recommend Prescott Honda! More

God service I had my 2012 Pilot in to check items that were noted several months ago when I was in for an oil change.
