When our 2011 Honda Pilot was clearly on its last mile we went looking for a newer one. We tried Prescott Honda because we had previously been happy with their service department. We found just what we were looking for in a low mileage Pilot. Both sales associate and the finance guy were pleasant and efficient to work with. The only thing I would change was the non-negotiable paint protection plan. But I think they made up for it in the trade-in value for our old vehicle. Overall, a happy experience. More
