Dave Hartman got my car worked into the schedule and the upshot was that the battery was dead, it was under warranty and the battery was replaced. Since Prescott was digging out from 21" of snow, having a working vehicle is essential. Mr. Hartman deserves thanks for his professional manner and ability to handle my vehicle "crisis" with efficiency and effectiveness. More

0 stars is what I want to give you. We spoke to JB Buittrago who seemed to be helpful at first since we are trying to buy the car out of state. We finally called the dealership and were able to talk to JB and he gave us another time frame of 30 minutes for sending the paperwork. Then we got a text from someone in the dealership named Laura who again was repeating all the information from the beginning as though we had not spoken to anyone about details yet, she added we should call JB. Very confusing and frustrating experience. Very disrespectful, Laura stating she will not interrupt JB while he is with customers but she is communicating for him. Rude, disrespectful, hung up on me when I am trying to tell her we only want to talk to one person to prevent confusion, and we do not want to be running after a salesperson who cannot keep his word. We brought in our 2014 CR-V EXL used but new to us for 2 repairs. We had purchased this vehicle from another Honda dealer, and had paid for the Platinum warranty. We were never explained about the "Gold" 90 repairs. We had purchased this vehicle from another Honda dealer, and had paid for the Platinum warranty. We were never explained about the "Gold" 90 day warranty so ther was some confusion about the deductible. Chrys Harris was wonderful with helping us understand what had happened and helped us resolve the problem with the other dealer. So thank you Prescott Honda! More
