Very disappointed with my experience. From the beginning JB was very short and unknowledgeable. There were many questions I had that ultimately were answered through my independent research. Which, always helps but would surely would guarantee more sales for him. I had settled on going to another dealership , Kia, as I was so dissatisfied with JB only to find that Honda and Kia are subsidiaries. So ultimately I was stuck with him. Within three months of my used-care purchase of a 2013 Chevy Cruze I found: windshield wiper failure, ignition system failure, no windshield wiper fluid, no anti-freeze fluid, oil was really dark and gunky. Thankfully these experiences have only brought the opportunity for lessons as I am more aware of what to ask, check and prepare for when encountering a dealership/salesman going forward. Within the first month , I called the service department at Prescott Honda to ask for my next projected oil change as their was no sticker on the windshield or paperwork indicating the last oil change. The representative explained she did not know and that when it was time it “should show on your dashboard.” Hmm....OK! A month later , I am driving WHILE IT IS RAINING and my one of the wipers flies off on the interstate. To see if I installed it correctly I used the windshield cleaner setting and...THERE IS NO FLUID IN THE RESERVOIR. I full the reservoir and check the rest of the fluids only to find there is also no anti-freeze. A month after that and the ignition system is messed up. It had done it one time before but then it starts locking each time I try and take the key out. I go to the dealership as I have, ironically, this issue covered under my $100 deductible service contract. However , the Service department in Lamb Chevy have been PHENOMENAL: patient , direct, honest, knowledgeable and diligent in getting things done. I normally don’t invest in these reviews but..... I am hurt and disappointed that Prescott Honda (as a unit) would sell and treat me this way. They are a manifestation of the stigma attached to dealerships and salesman. More

I was promptly greeted when I arrived for service on my 2020 Honda Passport and then directed to the Customer Service waiting area. After the car had been serviced, my Service Technician, Paul explained to me in detail all the work that had been performed and I was on my way. Dave is always helpful, communicates clearly and is thorough. I was in for a routine oil change and to replace a tire that had been damaged. He saw that all was accomplished.
