As soon as we arrived to the Prescott Honda Dealership we were greeted very warmly by staff and introduced to our sales person, Dustyn, who immediately made us feel, not like a customer, but like a friend. The information he gave about each vehicle, their price, their features, and answering any questions I had about leasing and financing was answered immediately and if there wasn’t a sure answer, he ran to find the answer. He never kept us waiting more than an hour without any answer or update like you would wait at most dealerships. His ability to work with my situation and getting me approved so quickly was astounding and simply magic. Not to mention how sweet and brief Kelly Hill was when it came to the legalities and explaining my contract. I feel that this is the experience I should have had when I bought my first car at 19 but years later at 26, I’m happy I met these wonderful people. I left in a new car and was proud and happy with my purchase as well as my investment in such a great company; I will definitely be looking to them for my next purchase. More
