She even met me in Phoenix to drop off accessories that I ordered while she was in town, and saved me trip to Prescott. Mike Morton was my sales manager and he was easy to work with. Kelly Hill, one of the finance managers helped a few times on the phone and was very pleasant. Brad Hanzmann, another of the finance managers and the person that helped close my deal was unaware of some key facts. He said that Honda did not give any damage credit upon turn in of a lease. When I reviewed the lease agreement there was a statement regarding how Honda did in fact provide a $500 damage credit at lease end. While trying to sell the additional factory service warranty, Brad said that there were two transmission services required in the first 36000 miles on the 22 Odyssey. That seemed excessive and I was able to confirm with the service department that a transmission service was initially required between 60,000 and 90,000 miles based on vehicle utilization. Parts manager George Collins ordered accessories for my new Odyssey. I used a discount that I received through Costco. The discount was reduced by the high price of the item. The accessories that I ordered were more expensive then if I ordered them while building the vehicle on line using the Honda website. Mr. Collins said that pricing was set by corporate. I had a great experience at Prescott Honda. I would recommend the dealership. They even treated my Labrador Retriever well!. More
