I have been bringing my Honda vehicles to Prescott Honda for 7 years. My first Service Advisor was Chrys Harris who is now the Service Manager she was a great Service Advisor and an even better Service Mana for 7 years. Tony is now my Service Advisor and on this recent visit he listened to what I needed done and everything was completed and in a timely manner. Tony kept me informed regarding the progress on my 2022 Honda CRV and let me know when it was ready for pickup. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle he went over the repairs and the vehicle inspection report. I'am very happy with the service I received and I would recommend Prescott Honda to my friends. More

Very thorough check list of things to look for. Tires,battery, oil, filters, and fluids. May not be the cheapest prices but they do a good job. The waiting room needs new chairs.
