Both Chris Rice and Chris Hays have always gone above and beyond for me as a customer. Can't say the same for sales mgmt. The Auto Butler I purchased $700 for a five year service every six months wasn't re beyond for me as a customer. Can't say the same for sales mgmt. The Auto Butler I purchased $700 for a five year service every six months wasn't refunded to me since my move to an area where the closest Auto Butler is over 250 miles away. I never got any paperwork about the service at the time i purchased it or subsequently. A refund of $200 was the extent of your refund. . .. Unimpressed. Your employees in service set a high bar and one that sales isn't capable of matching. More
