A place that attempts to con people in both the shop and sales floor. I spoke with the general manager who attempted to lie and mislead me about the repair shop and the sales floor practices. I will never use the shop again and would never purchase a car from this dealership. I recommend everyone take their business elsewhere. More

Went to Prescott Honda for oil and brake fluid change. Tony V, my Service Advisor, told me I still needed the fuel pump recall work done and that he could have that performed while I waited, in spite of t Tony V, my Service Advisor, told me I still needed the fuel pump recall work done and that he could have that performed while I waited, in spite of the fact that my gas tank was about 3/4 full. All work was done very quickly and perfectly. There is NO fuel smell and the car started and ran perfectly for my 80 mile trip home. More
