My Service Advisor, Chris Rice, is the best. Despite the numerous customers and tasks he performs for each one, he is always 'on it'. Don't know how he does it. I have been bringing my Honda vehicles to Prescott Honda for 7 years. My first Service Advisor was Chrys Harris who is now the Service Manager she was a great Service Advisor and an even better Service Mana for 7 years. My first Service Advisor was Chrys Harris who is now the Service Manager she was a great Service Advisor and an even better Service Manager. Tony is now my Service Advisor and on this recent visit he listened to what I needed done and everything was completed and in a timely manner. Tony kept me informed regarding the progress on my 2022 Honda CRV and let me know when it was ready for pickup. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle he went over the repairs and the vehicle inspection report. I'am very happy with the service I received and I would recommend Prescott Honda to my friends. More
