All of the employees I've dealt with explained each service experience and are very gracious. Kelly and Noble are especially professional and friendly. Service Noble provided a thorough explanation what the service covered when I brought in the Civic. He also asked if I had any problems which I did with the Noble provided a thorough explanation what the service covered when I brought in the Civic. He also asked if I had any problems which I did with the A/C. He said that he would call me about it and if there were other issues. Later, he contacted me to explain that the A/C wasn't producing enough cool air and covered what had to be done and also when the car would be ready. Everything was completed when I stopped by and Noble reviewed the results of the service. A very efficient and pleasant experience! More
