I was in the market for a new car that wouldn't break the bank and it had to have a manual transmission. I contacted a number of dealers who supposedly offered such a vehicle to no avail. Ruth at Prescott Ho bank and it had to have a manual transmission. I contacted a number of dealers who supposedly offered such a vehicle to no avail. I purchased a certified used Accord a few months ago and when it called for maintenance, I made an appointment for oil change and other items. Garrett Warren, the service advisor checked me in immediately a when it called for maintenance, I made an appointment for oil change and other items. Garrett Warren, the service advisor checked me in immediately and because I was waiting at the dealership, he expedited the necessary service items to minimize my wait time. He had the service tech check many other fluids, belts and items to assure I was leaving with a safe vehicle; all within the wait time he had estimated to me. More
