Great service experience. Our service advisor, Joe Krizek, always greets us with a smile. He explains what service needs to be done and specifically what the service entails. Fast, Friendly and Efficient I live in Payson so it's a long drive for me to go to your facility. Since my daughter is in Prescott, I always combine my service with a visit to her I live in Payson so it's a long drive for me to go to your facility. Since my daughter is in Prescott, I always combine my service with a visit to her. I brought the car in for the recall on the airbags, also to check my battery out. I had expected to wait several hours but I was out in an hour and a half. The battery needed replacing and that was done and pricing was fine. The Service Advisor was friendly and helpful. I drove home to Payson afterwards. I was a little disconcerted when after returning home, I had to go back out to pick my dog up from the kennel. The engine service light came on and remained on until I was almost home from my errand. It suddenly disappeared. I called the Service Advisor immediately and he said to just keep an eye on it. Might just have been a fluke. That they didn't do anything that would have caused it. Since I have driven the car since, I don't know if it will remain off. If it returns, I will check back with one of your Service Advisors. Otherwise, I'm very happy with the service received. More
