Our Sales Consultant, James "Jim" Deluca is the most knowledgable, detailed sales person we've ever met; he absolutely exceeded our expectations in every respect! He patiently took time to answer all of our questions and thoroughly explain everything about safely operating and maintaining our new Honda Fit. His manager, Michael "Mike" Pitts continued to check in with us to make sure we were happy throughout the entire time we were there! The purchase of our new car from the folks at Prescott Honda was by far the best, most friendly, customer satisfaction experience we have ever had! As a retired purchasing manager, I was extremely impressed with and grateful for the way we were treated by the honest, down-to-earth, family oriented team of people at Prescott Honda!
