From Bad to Great! My wife and I had a Mitsubishi Eclipse that decided it wanted to stop functioning Friday night after I got off work from a very bad work week. I felt My wife and I had a Mitsubishi Eclipse that decided it wanted to stop functioning Friday night after I got off work from a very bad work week. I felt like crying... So the very next morning we looked into renting a car for a few months. $35. BUCKS A DAY!!! (Brain hurts more) I'm not made of money so we decided to try and get another used car... Prescott Honda was the closest place to start our desperate search for a cheap used car and We honestly weren't expecting anything........ We are both very pleased to say that not only did we get an affordable BRAND NEW 2015 Honda Civic EX with only 24 miles on the Odometer! Our first ever NEW CAR!!! We had a truly awesome Sales Lady that was all things (Friendly, positive, helpful and understanding) the entire time I continued to believe that nothing fruitful was going to become of the visit. No nonsense oil change Came in for a normal oil change and tire rotation. The expected time to perform this service was earlier than projected and that was great. The only concern I would have is the service department phone line never seems to get answered, I have always gotten voice mail and it takes a long time ( many hours later) for them to get back with me to set up the appointment. The boss lady in the service department, Lisa, was so helpful and accommodating with our insurance company trying to get this resolved and fixed. The insurance company wouldn't agree to Hondas terms and had it towed somewhere else to get it fixed. Lisa was so nice about and even said the place where it was taken was a good reputable place! She was very helpful. Then we went to pick it and had to drive it directly over to Honda to have the tire sensors calibrated, and Chrys in the service department was so nice and helpful! She taught my 17 yr old son how to be able to do it himself. Overall, I am so glad we drove from Sedona to Prescott to purchase the car in the first place and I don't mind driving it that far in the future....the service is worth it! More
