The Price of My Trade was Reduced by $1,000 I dealt with Roger and Ruth and they were helpful and courteous. I brought my Cadillac CTS in to trade for a Mazda. Roger quoted me $9,000 for my t I dealt with Roger and Ruth and they were helpful and courteous. I brought my Cadillac CTS in to trade for a Mazda. Roger quoted me $9,000 for my trade. The technician put it up on the lift and I was told by Roger the salesman that the Sales Manager Mike Pitts told him that my car needed brakes and the trade-in price was lowered by $1,000! Brakes for 1,000?? Mike Pitts is Morally Bankrupt! I have told a lot my friends about the treatment at Prescott and, like me, they will shop elsewhere. More

Service We had an appointment for a recall , we also decided to get our oil change and tired rotation along with brake checked . Well right after we left our We had an appointment for a recall , we also decided to get our oil change and tired rotation along with brake checked . Well right after we left our car started making a loud noise on the drivers side of the car. We go in for an appointment again but they make it 4 days later and gave us the cost , which I'm sorry but we shouldn't have to pay to fix something that started happening right after they were working on our car. They won't even fix what happen unless we pay . Very upset about this... More
