We were there for 4.5 hours. Supposedly there were managers out that day and others on phone calls so not readily available. Also, there were computer glitches in doing some electronic signing and that process alone took over 30 minutes. All in all, it was good, but please look for ways to shorten the process. More

Wonderful personalities & easy to deal with! From the time we pulled up to the time we signed the papers on our new car, the service was unlike any we have ever dealt with! Ruth went above and beyond to get us on our way. She even set my driver 1 mode, programmed my phone & garage door opener, and made sure the tank was full when we left. She's the best!!!
