Erica Slone-Griffith is hands down the best auto salesperson I have e First, let me say, I have never had an experience like this at a car dealership. Erica Slone-Griffith is hands down the best auto salesperson I have ever dealt with. I felt like she was working for me and my family - not the dealership. Crazy, right? Erica was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Erica cheerfully showed us at least a half-dozen cars in the mid-day July heat. She made sure we all had plenty of water and she applied what I consider just the right amount of pressure. We did look at other dealerships but Erica earned our business. We also got a very fair price on the new car and our trade. After Erica, we met with Kelly Hill for the fun part - paperwork and add-ons. Kelly gave us true hometown style service. Kelly explained things clearly and made us feel comfortable with no pressure at all. The entire experience was quite pleasant. I would recommend Prescott Honda to anyone looking for a vehicle. More
