I want to BREAK my truck, just so PRESCOTT HONDA can FIX IT! ok, maybe I don't want to break my truck, but I have never had such pleasant experiences getting my truck worked on...SERVICE is an understatement. I knew what I was going to spend before I arrived, I knew how long my service would take, and I found out that I have an issue developing that I need to keep track of... AND they're tripping over themselves to make ME comfortable! I have the choice to go to the dealer in Flagstaff, but they have no idea how to provide proper customer service---heck, I am still waiting for a call back from two questions I had from them! I'd rather drive the 100 miles each way and know my precious Ridgeline is being taken care of! More
