Above and beyond Even though it was later in the day, the service department went ahead a made a copy of our car key plus reprogrammed it. When we had to do this in t Even though it was later in the day, the service department went ahead a made a copy of our car key plus reprogrammed it. When we had to do this in the past (in another state) we had to leave the key and come back several days later. In addition, while we were waiting one of the salesmen asked if he could help us in any way and he took us to look at the 2019 CRV's and walked us through each different model showing us the features of each. It was what we asked him for and he was delighted to do so even though we did tell him we were not looking to purchase until January or so. It was a great experience. More

Excellent service I made an appointment for Dave in service to get our Honda check because the battery was dead he took care of everything and got it covered under warr I made an appointment for Dave in service to get our Honda check because the battery was dead he took care of everything and got it covered under warranty. They even washed our car :-) and then yesterday I took up our old Honda CRV for a recall and Dave got us right in and we were out of there in less than 1 hour. Dave is an asset to your service staff, always pleasant to deal with and honest and you can tell he really cares about the customers.. We also purchased two other CRVs over the last couple years from Jim Deluca and he treated us very well and happy with the deal that we got. More

I have been a customer for over 18 years from when you were on iron springs road and Carmella was manager. There has not been one instance where I felt I was treated unfairly and it has kept me coming back all of these years I miss Errol of course as he sold me six vehicles over the years!
