When I made the appointment the week before, I was told on the phone that the process would take about 30 minutes. When I arrived on the day, I was told that it would take 60-75 minutes. No problem, as the waiting area had coffee (not bad, either), bottles water and snack bars, plus, a good supply of magazines. The time passed quickly and my Insight was washed as well. Nice touch! I had a coupon that provided a $20 discount for the oil change, inspection and wash. All in all, a great experience. More

Car failed to start I called in the late afternoon on Tuesday after having problems starting my car. Since I live 35 miles from the dealership. I was able to have it towe I called in the late afternoon on Tuesday after having problems starting my car. Since I live 35 miles from the dealership. I was able to have it towed over the first thing on Wednesday morning.. I was greeted with respect and my service specialist made 100% sure of my explanation of the problem. They went through everything thoroughly that had to do with the started. Then found that I just needed a new battery. Which they replaced under my car's warranty. More

Pilot Service We authorized 100,000 mile service on the Honda Pilot, but when we went to pick up the vehicle additional work had been done. The dealership did not charge us with the additional service. We were very thankful as the price went from $1,000.00 to $2,000.00. We will continue to go and service our vehicles, we have been a customer for over twenty years. More
