Windshield-mounted camera recalibration I had my windshield replaced. The insurance company indicated that the camera needed to be recalibrated by an authorized Honda dealer. I bought the car from Prescott Honda and returned it for the recalibration. Chrys Harris, the very pleasant and friendly Service Advisor, was very helpful in providing the required estimate and helping me arrange the service. The service was provided on time and the wait not overly long. The dealership additionally provided a free car after the recalibration was completed, a nice touch. Thank you. More

I wasn't able to test drive the model we liked because of About a month ago we went to check out the new Honda CRV AWD EXL, we dealt with Bert Wong. I wasn't able to test drive the model we liked because of cataract surgery, but my wife did and she really liked the way it handle. Bert pointed out all the safety features as she was test driving. After my eyes had healed, we called to meet with Bert and were told he was on vacation, but Jeffery, who works with Bert would be able to let me go on a test drive. I was very impressed with how the car handled. After we took a couple of days to decide which model CRV we liked the best, we went back to decide on which exterior and interior color we liked the best. We were happy to see Bert back from vacation and he helped us decide which color interior by parking both cars side by side. It was so easy for my wife to decide on the one she liked the best. Everyone was so helpful and honest, it was a Great Experience! Bert has also been so patient showing us all the bells and whistles this car offers. My wife loves her new Honda SUV! More
