Great Service the service team is first rate. They communicate well and provide periodic updates, especially when waiting for the service to be completed. Althoug the service team is first rate. They communicate well and provide periodic updates, especially when waiting for the service to be completed. Although a part had to be ordered, a new service date was established prior to leaving the dealership, and the next day I received a call letting me know the part was in and confirming my appointment and my loaner car for the time it will take to install the new part. Always happy to wait for routine service and they have a great coffee machine. More

Service I own a 2005 S40. When I dealt with Nick my experiences were excellent but then I was reassigned to Ryland, I don’t consider him an honest man. He t I own a 2005 S40. When I dealt with Nick my experiences were excellent but then I was reassigned to Ryland, I don’t consider him an honest man. He told me that I needed a new timing belt, I had replaced that last year, new tires but tire people said they were at 75% and didn’t need replacing, new headlights but they both worked just fine. All said Ryland had a service ticket for $4300.00!!! I will never buy another Volvo More

Outstanding Service as Usual My daughter had a stop lamp failure on her XC60 and was worried about it. Ok/good service Overall service was very good, however, it does seem a bit expensive compared with other competitors. Also...your check list shows you inspected my w Overall service was very good, however, it does seem a bit expensive compared with other competitors. Also...your check list shows you inspected my wiper blades...but the first time it rained after service there was a streak on the window and upon my own inspection I found the passenger side wiper blade definitely needed replacement. You may want to instruct your service personnel on how best to actually inspect wiper blades. Thank you. More
