Run don't walk AWAY from this dealership! ! Amanda and Marc were not honest about the credit card fees. It is 2023 and this place will not take a credit card over the phone for payment nor d ! Amanda and Marc were not honest about the credit card fees. It is 2023 and this place will not take a credit card over the phone for payment nor do they use any other means of electronic payment. They will not go back to recorded conversations to confirm that neither mentioned a 3.5% fee for using a credit card. I am out of state (South Carolina) which both knew and never mentioned that there was a fee for using a credit card. I have never had such a terrible experience with a service department. Go to any other Volkswagen dealer and be glad you have been forewarned. More
